New member from The Netherlands

Hello everybody,

My name is Erik Martens, i'm 44 years old, work in a casino, i'm married and have a 13 year old daughter.

I drive a Hayabusa since 2008, but that bike is under construction of getting a 1580 cc bigbore/stroker engine with nos (for the road).

That would leave me with no bike this summier, so I bought a 2009 B-King with ABS in june.
I spend 2 weeks driving in the Dolomites (Italy) with the B-King, and man, am I impressed with this bike !

I love the torque and the way I can drive the twisties.
It is my first naked bike and i have grown fond of it !
This bike is going to stay, even when the Hayabusa gets back.

Hello Erik. Welcome to our mad lot!

I am glad to hear that the King is able to substitute your monster busa. I would love to see both of the bikes .

The first changes where replacing the stock mirrors and the turnsignals in the back.
I haven't got photo's of this yet.



This is work in progress, engine is ready, now waiting for the airbrusher to finish his job.

How do you like the Leo pipes on your King?

They sound nice, not too loud at low revs, nice dark sound and howling mad at the high revs.
No db-killers.
