Just a quick hello..
Pick my '09 B-King up tomorrow, looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about. I've been after one for a long time now and found this one in a dealers with just 700 miles on the clock.

Good choice on getting the faster black model! If by North East you are anywhere near Hartlepool, and your bike hasn't been de-restricted yet, your in luck. Our local motorcycle garage guy is well up on ECU flashing, and may have some of the connector wires left ( he got a few because there's a lot of kings in our area).

Anyway, if you want his details just say, otherwise welcome and happy xmas!

I noticed one name from the past pop up while reading the forum - Richie Parrot. I remember him when he used to come down the town on his 350 LC and a Yamagamma (either him or one of his mates). That was about 20 years ago, probably a bit more.
Will definitely pop up to H'pool once the roads dry out.

That's the guy in question, Richie has Hartlepool Motorcycle Centre, and has got the stuff to flash your ECU. Pop into his place and he can put you in touch with us lot.

There are at least 5 kings in our town that I know of.

No doubt see you about soon as weather shows some signs of getting bit warmer!

Was going to head to Hawes, but got as far as Leyburn to find flooded roads above Catterick, rain and freezing cold.
